I was not getting any output from solar panels at solar controller, on opening junction box on roof of van, I found connections were corroded. cut and soldered joints and coated in silicon . Now regulator is charging batteries. i have a power tech PWM 12/24v 30a charge controller ( model 3754. ) checking controller digital display today has been a hot day and cloudless and batteries are charged and controller is showing no readings, WOULD THIS BE CORRECT AS BATTERIES are Full and no charging necessary, The controller is doing what its meant to do ? 

No where can I see in literature about this model controller that no readings are shown when battery is full.
