My wife and I have had our motorhome since about 2003. It's an old Winnebago based on a Mazda T4000. Although based in Canberra we have ventured up and down the East Coast (BC - before coco-virus). We are both retired school-teachers/school counsellors. Although my my wife does not enjoy good health ... she's still keen to undertake short breaks. I have other hobbies including linux computing and amateur radio. Look forward to exchanging ideas with other members.
Hello from Perth riccardo, hope you enjoy the forum. Wish you lived over here, I have played with linux a lot, but despite having a good knowledge of DOS commands, still find linux difficult.
Thanks for your reply. I was in your position some time ago. At the time Windows was stuck in XP mode, and I hated it!! I found a group of locals who ran a Linux_Learners group. No question was too stupid to ask!! I have learnt lots over the years. Probably forgot a lot too!! Ask at your local Computer User Group ... but stay away from the experts ... they have little patience with older persons!!
Welcome to the gang riccardo, enjoy here and out in the playground.
I know nothing about Linux. It sounds like a cartoon character Not amateur radio but I was heavily involved in CB radio in a previous life and enjoyed those days.
Keep Safe out there.
