A guy was sitting in his living room reading a book when there was a knock on the door. When he answered it there stood a giant c0akroach who punched the guy in the face and then ran away. The guy was amazed and couldn't work out what had happened.

Next day he was reading his book again and once again there was a knock on the door. Again when he answered it the same giant c0ckroach punched him in the face and ran away. Once again he couldn't work it out.

The same thing happened the next day as well and he started to think there was something seriously wrong with him, so off he went to the Doctor.

When he explained what was happening to the Doctor, the Doctor said "Oh that's nothing to worry about, it's just some nasty bug that's going around."
