Now you may not believe me, But when I was working at Paraburdoo, we had a Pom, come straight from Pommie Land, with his family, and after, working the first summer, they packed up, broke the contract and hightailed it back to England, for exactly the same reasons as the Pom in this joke. He never stopped complaining of the heat and they all ended with second degree burns, for not covering up right when they were out in the sun. I did feel sorry for them though.
Just got to toughen up a bit,I remember when i was 18 that we had 14 days straight over 100 degrees. No air con,no cabins on the tractor,no air con in the vehicles including the truck, and a water bag for drink.
