Hi all,

I have been a member for about 6 months and thought I better introduce myself.

I use the handle 'Steel Dog' as I have worked in the steel industry most of my adult life (Boilermaker/Welder), now 68 years young, my wife and I are semi retired and in the last 3 years have traveled around Victoria, S/E South Australia up the east coast up to Cooktown, usually away for 1 to 3 months at a time, we are from Melbourne (Western Suburbs).

My wife and I have always been outdoors camping type people and over the years have owned various tents, caravans, however in the last 3 years we have gone with motorhomes, the one we have now is a 2018 Jayco Conquest 25.3, which we have had some small issues with but are still very happy with it, we also flat tow a 2008 Suzuki Jimny (Auto - fitted with a Dog Clutch).

I would like to thank the members that have posted some tips and ideas and also the folks posting their travel blogs, great stuff and hopefully I can add a few things in the future.

Regards
