I lent my garage to the neighbour & she drove her car through the rear brick wall. Her car was written off & there was $10k worth of repairs to the rear & side wall.

I also have a large block of wood I drive my 4WD up against so I don't knock out the wall. Well that didn't stop her little car!

It could have been worse, but I had removed from the garage & from this particular wall, paint, thinners & other flammable items which could have been a serious fire issue.

Also I have a fire extinguisher in the garage as a matter of course.
