Not sure why you would get that Iva Biggen , they are in a simple mp4 format that most videos are in these days, I'm not a computer expert so someone else might be able to help you......maybe you might have to download a mp4 reader or something. I know Apple and Windows don't always work on each other, that's a shame coz the babies were really funny......cheers Bob
