Plenty at Greens Lake on long weekend

As of Saturday, 9 March 2019, approximately 3.30 pm

Greens Lake foreshore was just about nose to tail, some were (travelling together) doubled up

I counted 99 parties, (Caravan/Motorhome/Camper Van/Wizzbangs/Tents/etc), east of the ramp, and 108 parties, west of the ramp

I assume that this may be some sort of record 207 all told

10 gensets with cords attached, and 5 of them actually running

It certainly is a popular place

What's it like now? I should be there in the next few days in my old whizz bang. Is that what you call a hiace?

Whizz-bang the sliding doors on vans particularly older units that have not been servicing door slide and locks. You can hear the "Whizz BANG" 100 meters away of a night, it is a noise disliked by many sleeping nomads.

You just missed the Whizz-Bangers get together during the week and Long Weekend...about 80 in total.

According to the Whizz-Bangers Caravaners are Wobbly-Boxes and RV's/Motor Homes are Snails.

Go figure!

Yes, A HiAce is a whizzbanger.
