NO, I'M NOT OUT OF THE BUILDING.

I have arrived and set up at GreenS Lake.

Not the best weather here today (Thursday 16/11). Rain all day and thunder just hit as I do this at around 2.30pm.

How long do you camp there for?

I am thinking about coming next week sometime but am wondering how much food I need to bring if there are no close shops.

Up to you adreamer. Stay as long as you like and go to town, any one of them, when supplies get low. Either weekly or fortnightly.

Hi Helen,

GreenS Lake Corop has no time limits as we speak. If you want shopping etc and stay a while some people just leave their outside ground cover and maybe a table out so their spot is there on their return if they have a camper van or motor home etc. People are pretty good most of the time and you might be able to get someone to get a couple of items for you or maybe even hitch a lift. Just don't abuse that like some I know have.

All in all, it's a great friendly place to spend a little down time so enjoy if you make it here.

Doug.

Is the lake as full as it was during the Australia Day week this year? We are planning to spend that week there again next year. Just walked out of our van into the water with a deck chair and an umbrella bolted to the chair.. The bottom where we were was beautiful and sandy. Saw some pics a few weeks old and the water looks right up.

Brian.
