Welcome to the gang raymon, enjoy here and out in the playground.

Most work OK but you need to get one to suit the weight of your van. The flatter and harder the surface the better. There are cheapies out there so do your homework.

G'day Raymon and welcome to the forum.  Don't forget to try the two ongoing games here - 'Who is This' in the 'I Digress' section and 'Pick this Place' in the 'General' Section - a great source to find new places to visit.

We had a powered jockey wheel and were just on the limit of the weight.  It was fine on level smooth hard surfaces but struggled on softer surfaces. What finally killed it was trying to reverse the van into a narrow driveway.  There was a significant camber on the road and the single clamp jockey wheel holder started to give way.  Make sure you get one of the double clamps with any powered jockey wheel you get.

Gday Raymon welcome to the forum we have an electric van mover that is powered by our onboard battery, we dont use it on the road but would not be without it at home we move our 21' van into its storage position which is fairly tight with the mover the one we have is an Aussie wheel which is made in Australia and does the job with ease.

And a warm welcome from me also, raymon

Yes the electric jockey wheels are handy, to manoeuvre a heavy caravan, in a tight situation

A neighbour had an electric jockey wheel, but now has an electric crawler with caterpillar type tracks
