Caravan park across the river at Buronga is great - usually the same price all year round - Buronga Riverside Tourist Park, right on the river across from Mildura itself, only about 2 - 3k by car, watch houseboats and paddle steamers go past.

Drive into Mildura, head for Buronga, just across the bridge a sign with caravan on it points to the park drive down through the trees - great park, big, two toilet blocks, two swimming pools, no traffic noise at night.

Free camp at Psyches Bend - in camps book or Wiki.
