Hi All,

The latest Aldi catalog has several items that may be of interest to caravaners.

On 28 December there are camp chairs, air mattresses, camp stretcher, folding table, sleeping bags, lanterns, torches, enamel ware, camp accessories, portable clothes line, and the old favourite 80W folding solar panels.

Then on 31 December mosquito coils, citronella candles, insecticide, some car accessories - and of particular interest for Queenslanders: a hail protective car cover for $99.99.

The mosquito coils, citronella candles & insecticide will come in hand for anyone planning to visit Victoria now after the Spring floods.

We recently spent 7 weeks traveling across VIC from NW to NE. The flies & mosquitoes were horrific at some spots.

Major supermarkets like Coles, Woolworths & Aldi all had empty shelves in the flying pest & personal repellent department.

I like the Shoo Fly thingos.  A propeller that sits in a bottle that is placed on the table to deter flies.  Looks like a good price.  I'll pick up a couple on Saturday when I drop in to get some of their 3L 'The Olive Tree' Aus Olive Oil. (After topping up at Dan Murphy's of course)
