Having been in the wine game I would like to advise that if you purchase 2 Litre Casks you will find that it is generally the same wine that is bottled. Anything larger than a 2 Litre Cask is normally the "cheaper" stuff. A very good example is Yalumba Cabernet Sauvignon 2 Litre Cask.

As for drinking too much wine? Enjoy life..... you are only here once!
