Animals on Bikes

A VERY leisurely drive today. 60 km most of the way. Why..... Well - the roads were sealed but pretty rough and luckily there was very little traffic .... the scenery was wonderful - GREEN - so was soaking that up.... and I happened to be on the road from Mulong to Dubbo - otherwise know as the 'Animals on Bikes' road so had to go slow so I could enjoy them. Pity there are not many places to get off the road for more pictures - like the Tinhorse Highway' in WA -  but did manage to get a couple of pix. Stopped at Yeoval for a great hamburger lunch and excellent coffee. Am now staying with friends on a property out of Wellington for a few days - at least until the long weekend and the school holidays are done and dusted! Cant remember when I last heard lambs - must be weaning time.

Haven't heard of this one Spida, must put it on my list for the future. I have photos of all on the Tin Horse Highway in WA and every one of the Utes in the Paddock. Look forward to seeing these ones too.

I had the email notification come up with "Animals On Bikes" and had no idea what that meant so just had to come here and have a look. I never knew they existed. I do like the pic of the pink elephant. Thanks for sharing.
