Welcome Hudson probably the best place for this question is in general, and for more specific problem type questions like ' I'm having trouble with or I would like more info on ?? use the techies forum, there are lots of knowledgable members on here and there is a good chance that someone has been through the same process that you are now, and with a similar budget, my only advice would be go with a Diesel engine , and a brand that has good service and dealer back up around the country, not just in the city's ,good luck and safe travels when you get on the road again.

Welcome to the gang Hudson, enjoy here and out in the playground.

Yep You could try "General" for tug info and anything "Techie" the "Techie" section believe it or not.

Don't forget to check all the dufferent sections though including the front web page then you will know where to put waht and why.

Keep Safe out there.
