Wow, I now have to retrieve the winter trousers and long sleeved shirts for the first time in 6 months. In Geraldton at present, it is raining, wind blowing( which apparently is not unusual here), grey skys, and it is only 14 at present, rising to 19 later in the day and tomorrow only 18. After that back to blue skys and sunshine again.
It is actually nice to have a different type of weather for a couple of days. Might be a good day to go to the movies.
Wherever you are and whatever you are doing, have a great time doing it.

Yes it is very windy in Geraldton Sharon, I don't know how true it is but I was told once that the continual blowing winds was a reason they had a high suicide rate in Geraldton, but don't know why, I suppose they go wind crazy. Can't confirm that though, probably just rumour.
Can't say that it is icy cold by any means, just cold for me as it is so long since I have seen a cool day. Might lose the tan at this rate.
Must say it was nice to spend the day indoors, catching up on paperwork, watching a movie, and just chilling out. Also today was a good day for it as I had a huge filling this morning, so by this afternoon my tooth and mouth were quite sore. No guilt at all felt doing nothing today.

We are in Perth Hills / hands cupped around a hot morning chocolate / shiver / Scotch Finger Biscuit / watching the ice melt on the eventuality of the sun hitting 15 degrees over the horizon.
Makes it easy to justify spending too long reading the morning media.
6 Hot water bottles / 4 dooners / 6 blankets.

It was 3 degrees at Ellendale Pool this morning with Frost on the Roof at 7am. We left today after a good break there and are heading north to Galena Bridge after a grocery shop at Gero. Currently at a large seemingly unused Quarry site about 17 kms north of Northhampton and it is already 10 degrees, time to crank up the Truma Gas Heater while watching TV and reading the Forums. We haven't had internet at Ellendale for a few weeks only when going to Gero or up at the Wind Turbines on the hill but had good TV reception there.
Hey Kev and Kim- are you going in to see Prince Leonard at Hutt River, well worth it, $5 camping, no power, but water, and a nice hot shower. He and his son are very welcoming, you can even get a visa to say you have been.
