Norseman to Ceduna

Wondering if anyone is starting on the trek from Norseman to Ceduna during the next few days? I'm currently in Esperance and wouldn't mind seeing a friendly face or two along the way. Cheers, Frannie.

Yep, I'm just about to do the same trip, currently camping about 40 K's south of Norseman at Bromus Dam, just spent a couple of nights at Salmon Gums Caravan Park, great place $15.00 power, hot showers etc. There's also a couple there leaving Friday, heading east.

Cheers

Mike

Thanks Mike. I have pulled over for the night at a site 45km east of Norseman and am driving a hightop ford transit small motorhome with trailer and kayak. I didnt see your post until a few minutes ago. Are you on the road yet? Cheers, Frannie

Hi, Frannie, I'm still south of Norseman, you would have passed me but I'm back off the road a bit. I was leaving tomorrow & stocking up at Norseman but I don't travel very far at a time, sometimes I stay in one place for days so I may be too slow for you now that you're ahead of me.

Cheers

Mike

Nearly called in to stay at Bromus. I usually travel slowly too so will probably still be here tomorrow night as well. Good telstra/internet reception. Enjoy your evening. If you like, let me know if you intend coming this far tomorrow. Cheers

If you Guys are going to the Bight there is a Great Free Camp must be self contain on the way out to Bight on the left the only building on the way out .
Is there any chance you could take a photo of a road sign for me I thought I had but you know what though did. It is" Drink Driving Grow UP" I found the road sign were great or may be it was they were new to me and I read them all.
Albury has a good free spot as well Cosy Cnr on the beach with drop down toilets .

Sorry Braggagg - have already arrived in SA. I stayed at the spot you mentioned on the Bight at Easter, on my way west. Was innundated with mice at that time. Hope you have a great trip Roadtourer - That southern coastline of WA is great, especially Cosy Corner. Enjoy!!
