workmans camping ground Agnes waters

Early start today so already here at Agnes ( near 1770 ) all set up and relaxing just waiting for o'clock time. Beautiful  spot here and only $12 a night.  A lot of people here but very quite and bit over cast.

Peter. Please tell many of us wanting to know more about this place -
1. is it on wikicamps and what is it called
2. is it in Camps 8 and what is the camp site #
3. You obviously didn't have problems getting access with your rig - there had been previous comments made about low hanging tree branches
4. Is it 1st in best served?
5. who do you pay?
6. any facilities like dump point, toilets, potable water?

Appreciate your feed back thanks Peter

Cheers Bruce

Morning everyone, hi Bruce & bev, I couldn't find it on wiki amps but is on campsight. There is a dump point in town some where not sure where yet, ranger comes around in morning ( early I might add ) to collect fees, $6 night per person and there are very clean flush toliets and water.we arrived around lunch time so found a site easy but as the day went on more and more arrived. Plenty of sites we were on number 32 as they all numbered. Had no problems getting in little narrow but never rubbed on the van and no low branches.
Lovely place, max stay is 42 nights.

PeterD. I think youre well overdue to start taking your grumpy pills mate! Many of your recent comments on some posts are rude and uncalled for. If you cant be pleasant, then say nothing - let those with a more pleasant disposition answer. I certainly don't wont any replies from you in relation to my posts/comments in future thanks.

In this case, what media the site might have been in was only one of my questions and if you have another read I asked about CAW 8 - that's the copy I have and no doubt its numbered differently to CAW 7 !

Hi Peter and Barry.  Thank you both for the time taken for the last bits of info. Good to get positive and helpful info

Other than I had to turn my laptop on its side to look at them haha - all 3 pics were good and helpful Peter - looks like no probs to get a standard solid roof 'van through

Hopefully I don't need grumpy pills lol

Hi B&B, according to Sanidumps there's a free dump point 5 kms north of Agnes Waters, outside the Council Depot at SES Grounds - http://www.sanidumps.com/sanidumps_au.php?id=118

Cheers
Joe

And I think your answer is equally uncalled for. Why do you think you are so important that you can nominate who replies to your posts. It's about time you started showing a bit of decorum as well.

Get back in your box, matey, you are not the only person on this Forum.
