Still thinking

Hi guys, thought I wasn't going to be interested in campervans again but

my mate (Gordy from my band ) is kind of thinking of getting a van himself.

So we were thinking, we both have our own vans,  and next summer (2015)

we'll go and hit the music festivals...

so I'm still looking into the idea, possibly a pop top now, not sure yet..

still kind of prefer the high top but still thinking of my garage door height ...

auto too and bed in the back ...

Also thinking we might get a small boxed trailer to tow

so we can store our music gear in safely etc..

just some ideas now.. and we have a website up now too!!

Good to hear you are thinking of travelling again Milo, and what a great idea for you and Gordy to have vans, and do the music festival circuits!

Would be great fun!

Great idea Milo.  I really think you'd love one of those.  The Pop-top is a good idea also, for fuel Consumption.  You have less wind drag than if you have a Hi-top.

Take care,

Cheers,

Sheba.

Hi Milo,

We used a camper van for more than 10 year before the caravan.

Always had a blast in it.

Cheers John

Mine's Diesel / Auto Milo.  I use 9 litres of Fuel per 100k's.  I love it.  Why don't you do what other people do before deciding which one to get ?  Hire some,[ even just for a weekend at a time,] and find out which one suits you best.  You can get 4 Wheel Drive ones too, and don't forget to check out different layouts.

Cheers,

Sheba.

thought about the hiring of one, this has to wait though till my dads place is sold early in the
new year though.. then I'll know more of my budget too ...
I did see a nice one in gumtree locally but huge k's with $19k on it, auto but petrol..
have sort of thought of the coasters too, I got plenty of room out the back yard for it but not sure of height

would be kind of nice to have something with a little bathroom...hmm ..

for my drive thru garage door / carport..
