G/day from the Top End

New to this forum.

We live just South of Darwin and have recently acquired a new Tvan Murranji. Enjoyed the trip back from Melbourne via the East coast, stopping at many places we'd never heard of before as well as re-visiting places we went to years (20+) ago.

We have camped previously, so as to have no restrictions on where we could take the 4x4.

I've been right through the "Hints & Tips" and found some great ideas. Some members obviously have vivid imaginations to come up with their ideas.

Looking forward to catching up with members on the road in the not too distant future.

My recommendations will depend on the type of rig you are travelling with - 4wd, off road van etc.

Allow plenty of time in the NT, there's heaps to see and do, and contrary to popular opinion there are many places for a swim without having to push the crocs out of the way first.

Welcome from us as well Joga. I hope you get as much from the forum as we have.We do not own an outfit as yet but do all our travelling in our little corolla. Have me a lot of nomads and have nothing but admiration for them. Enjoy your travels.
