Jaycar have comprehensive cables and equipment for folding solar panels...I purchased additional cables with Anderson plugs to be able to set the panels a fair distance from my Van....I would try Jaycar and they are usually reasonable in their prices and have staff with a bit of knowledge of their products...good luck..Hoo Roo

Put "solar panel regulator" into the EBAY search engine and you'll find hundreds of regulators - refine the search to Australian sellers. I bought one for under $20 for my 80watt folding panels and it has given no trouble in the last 3 years. You can spend big dollars but they all do much the same job.
This is the type I bought:

Most folding solar panels come with a regulator. I blew up my first regulator and set up another inside the vehicle myself. I have cut off the joiners supplied with my panels and soldered Anderson plugs on them and made a longer extention lead with Andersons on it. I think a 10 meter lead is sufficient but a 5 too short. It's very easy to do.

If I have been taught correctly by members of this forum you want the solar regulator as close to the battery as possible. I have folding panels that have the regulator mounted on the back of one of the panels. I will remove that regulator and run the solar wires directly to the solar regulator that I have close to the battery that is fed by the roof mounted solar panel.

Just buy two solar panels and a pair of hinges and hey presto you have what you want, no regulator
