It's looking good, Bill, and I notice you also have a tool box under the tray hopefully with a twin on the other side. You're a clever man.

Did one of my 1000 klm days, and ended up at Workmans bach, at Agnes Water. lots of backpackers anda few other travelers.Going fishing early tmrow, just for a change. Rig is going well with few teething problems. The new camper makes less wind noise and is definitely lighter. Will post if I catch anything. Bill

Photo005.jpgPhoto004.jpgHad a fish on the tide at 1770, and took a backpacker named george who was fishing near the ramp. He hooked ,and landed with a little help fromme,a 17kg golden trevally(on mybloody rod!- he got there first). It was his biggest fish,so I gave it to him. I think it fed 20 backpackers......Am, at themoment, down at Imbil, after a fish for bass at Borumba dam .Landed one about 30cm.Going to my sisters place tnt.The older pic is my 85year old uncle from Bowen.Taking the rellies fishin in the Noosa river on Monday. Back at Maggie, after a quick trip home. Fuel is getting to be a bit of a problem as I usually do a lot of klms. Othrwise the car , camper and boat went well.
It costs me $281 to get to the mainland, so that and the cost of fuel is getting expensive. But like I said , everything is going great. Next trip Feb next year. Bill
