hahaha this is the funniest thing i have seen for a while.

I didn't know they still made them, I remember my mother using one oh so many years ago but thought that they were crank handles & no longer used.

That's what I love about this forum you learn something all the time, wait until I tell my partner that they still make irons, she might want one for her birthday.

Maxx, your mum and dad must be very happy to have you with them in the MH. Everything in MH's, CV's etc must have more than one use. With those iron tabs you can not only drive, take photo's, more than likely smile cook and make beds smile navigate  etc etc but you could just put the cloths on the floor and just roll over them to iron them. I never thought of taking iron tabs and the good they can do.

I have also heard of the "man of steel" (a hero of mine) but now have heard of a "lady of iron". 

I reckon that's the go Dave.
