Good stuff John. It's been a few years since I've been on that road to Longreach. It's a very interesting ride...

Well done John. An interesting read with a pictorial commentary.

All I can say is WOW and WOW again. Your writing is fantastic. I could see a book happening there. The photos alone would make an excellent book.

Yes John

IT is good to see these places from someone else's lens

and to be able to see much more  here than I would normly see .

i miss a lot of sites  because  I am unable to get to them.

Not all places is accesable by scooter.

These pic from the forum enable me to see  what I sometimes miss out on seeing.

Paul - you are doing wonders - keep it up - enjoy Cooktown when you guys get there. (sorry for OT Rocky Lizard)

And John (RL) - great piece, my problem is that when I start writing things down, I sound (to me) over enthusiastic - and I don't share with anyone. Get me talking about a place or a trip, though, and that is when I get really enthusiastic!!!!! Think I could sell fridges to eskimos!!!!

i  have been  trying to get   a train. Ride  and a  sky chair ride

but my scooter is too long by 100 mm

to fit on the sky chair

A one way trip is not much fun

i would like to go on one and get the other back

i need the scooter to get from train  to sky chair ,  and vice versa at the other  end .

So no  ride  .

I did get onto the rail platform .

i went to the Baron falls  , however I was able to get half way  down the

Walkway before scooter told me I was runnng short of power ,

So I did not get to the falls

Had a good day anyway .

cheers from Paul
