Planar diesel heaters


Hi everyone 

Just like to hear if anyone has  is using a Planar diesel heater 

I see them for sale on eBay for around the $700 mark

I'm planning on installing one in our van.  Check out 'Expandas Downunder' forum - there are quite a few articles about heaters and I never saw one with a negative report on the Planar!  There is one which gives excellant step by step install instructions/hints.smile

we have a planar diesel heater which I fitted in our motorhome very happy with it two outlets one between beds one into bathroom .i also fitted the separate diesel tank it was not that hard to fit the whole unit .cost 800dollars got it from pinnacle wholesales .they were very good to deal with

After getting bloody cold last night at Gisborne South, a diesel heater is next project, OR teach Eril to fire up the genset!! Nah, I'm only silly not stupid so Pinnacle Wholesalers here I come!!! biggrin
