Took me a little while to get here yesterday and stumbled upon this place out of necessarity, from being tired from driving for about 6 hours.
A great little park at a little place called Murrurundi. It is about 28k further on from Scone on the New England Highway. NSW.
CP, has large grassed sites, the loveliest owners, the surrounding scenery is superb, (watch for pics, the camera will be clicking), amenities are spotless. They are currently upgrading the park and have been GN's so know what people want. It is pet friendly. $29pn. I booked for one night, set up and the place has such great energy and calming feeling about it, I booked for another two and this morning I am thinking about extending it. Not sure yet, will decide as time goes on.
I would thoroughly recommend a stopover on your way to wherever. These people certainly deserve the support.
