Solar regulator

Hi.

My wife and I (Juanita )have been caravanning for a few years now, We started with a 1982 16ft Millard had it for about 12 years, We had it written off, When  a very large tree decided to snap off and lodge itself through the old girl, Lucky for us we where not in it at the time, We had a great time with that old van, We had been around Australia and many weekends and weekly trips away. We have met so many wonderful Grey Nomads out there with so much knowledge,

We have up graded to a 2010 Supreme 20ft, pulling it with a Ford Ranger, Have been away a few times so far we are really enjoying the van,

I have just fitted a 150 watt solar panel with a 30amp Intelligent regulator, Witch I bought on Ebay out of China ( witch might now have been a mistake ) it works great for 6 to 7 days then drops out, the only way to reset it is to disconnect it then start again, I have to pay $28 dollars to return to China, I am trying to get away from that,

Are there any Grey Nomads with any idea's.

Welcome to the gang bowser, enjoy here and out in the playground.

I am not knowledgable enough to help with your question but suggest you ask in the "Techies" section of this great forum. There are some very smart people in there that might not pop in here.
