Back on the road

We had travelled for 16months in a camper trailer back in 2008/09 and loved it.    Now after a 4 year sojourn in Moama NSW managing a caravan park, a new car and upgraded to a new van, we are finally back on the road again.    Feels good smile.    Not sure how long we will be travelling for.  Just intend having a break for a while and to see how we go and where the road takes us.    Hopefully we can catch up with some fellow grey nomads along the way.    Eventually heading to Qld for the warmer weather.

Regards

Marg & Frank

Hi Rosco, Managing a caravan park can be as interesting a job as you want it to be. Having a background of travelling and using various parks certainly assists with understanding what some people are after and trying to accommodate them, particularly the Grey Nomads. The benefits are mainly the people you meet and one of the drawbacks would be the long hours you have to put in. Regards the money, its not great but when you have your accommodation supplied and don't have to pay electricity etc then it does enable you to save.
Regards
