More than likely out for the count by 4.00pm I reckon cry

Any wonder, what with "The Nutters" as they have become known as and the "Kiwi's" all there at the same time smile

Another reason could be that the "Gaming Police" I warned them about in another thread have carted them all off to the local Sheriff's free camp. In that case you will find them all outside the Shepparton Court House today hmm

Good luck all.

Melbourne Cup Day - bright, sunshiny day!!!!!

Organised a Cup Sweep, including some people who have been here all week, to make up the numbers!  One of them got the winning horse, second and third went to GN's!!

All present contributed to a delicious lunch - roast lamb and pork, salads, vegetables, potato bake, and lots of nibblies - yummy!!!!

Then off to Kiwi's van to watch the big race on the TV outside the van - much yelling and encouragement of the horses added to the fun!

The rest of the afternoon and evening was spent sitting around, chatting, welcoming one member back, who had gone away for a couple of days (Shekon), and a new member, Feral Errol!!!!

A fire was lit, and most sat around till late, with coffee and Kiwi-As scones for supper - date scones (eat your heart out Dougwe) - delicious as always!

Now this morning, the clean up!!!!!

Didn't notice, but I suppose the day ended when the sun went down and the fire was lit. Pity the moon didn't rise over the water though.

if you did not notice then you must have enjoyed yourselves.

the moon would rise over the water if you parked on the other side of the lake biggrin

I had no clue where "the greens" meeting place was - so I searched high and low on the computer - only to receive multiple hits of the Green's political party!!! ggrrrr.

I eventually found it when I realized it was a lake. lol lol.
