Waterfalls on the Atherton Tablelands

Good pictures of the falls John - loved the Millstream Falls out of Ravenshoe - very pretty. We are heading easterly today - maybe Morgan.

Went to Atherton P.O. to pick up my player but it wasnt there so what to do? Hang around waiting or move on and handle a transfer when the unit arrives at Atherton. That is the best course of action, move on.

Decided to do the waterfalls and found 5 to see and photograph, starting with Malanda Falls.

Moving on to the Millaa Millaa circuit the first is Millaa Millaa Falls.

 Second is Zillie Falls.

Third is Ellinjaa Falls.

On the way past Ravenshoe is Millstream Falls.

It is a lovely drive around Atherton Tablelands the country is undulating at times hilly but so green and over each brow is another green vista, reminiscent of Tasmania. Again when the country is so beautiful and the falls so spectacular I would like to share the enjoyment, it is not the same talking to the blog and forum at the end of the day.

I have ended the day at Archer Creek free camp but have no internet so this is being typed onto a Word Page for pasting later.

Now at Mt Garnett and have access.   John
