Norval Park north of Bundaberg

Went for a drive with Jack Mac to Norval Park via Yandaran, unfortunately the camera was in the van still being repaired and I fell back to the phone for pictures.

This is a council camp area and requires an email to Bundaberg Council for a permit costing $5.50 per vehicle per night.   John

Edited to add:-  Not used to handling the phone for photos will try again.             Too big must get the camera next time.

I've heard that there's limited space since the Council took it over. Is that still the case?

There was plenty of room there today and it is still school holidays. John said that it was crowded when he was there last.

Another place very close had campers staying there, probably an overflow area.

Yes it does, I made an oblique reference to an overflow area and that is via a gate closer to the beach which is not council owned.

When we visited there was no gate and there were campervans in that area and no doubt not paying the council fee.
