Got back Mon night after a 10 day flying visit to Perth to see sister and her family who I haven't see for some years. Great trip and lovely to see them all again. Long travel time by the time I caught a train from Bundaberg then wait to connect to flight to Perth and the same in reverse but well worth it. By the time I got home on Tues morning was kn*****ed, so have been catching up on sleep.
Family coming up from Brisbane tomorrow for my birthday BBQ so have been busy preparing food etc for that. Had to spring clean the house as well, can't be a grub all my life.
Take care out there, and once again all welcome to call in and see me if passing through Gin Gin.

Had perfect weather whilst over there. Left at just the right time.
Bit of a culture shock. Lot of money around over there. Went for coffee at Hillary's marina and there were boats tied up for sale. You know you're in the land of money when a sign on a boat says "perfect first boat $229,000." Perfect first boat used to be a 12' tinny. LOL.
