Heading off on Thursday morning from Perth to have a look at the wildflowers, based at a caravan park 20km north of Eneabba, which is about 300km north of Perth.
It's also the first run for my new (well, secondhand) Red Earth offroad camper trailer. Putting it up could be what a former workmate used to call "character building". Am well supplied with liquid rewards just in case I need some character reinforcement.
Will report further. The CP is connected to the NBN, but whether that's available to guests remains to be seen.

Have a great trip tonyd - spring is a beautiful time to travel - even here in outback Qld the colours of the roadside plants is beautiful - probably weeds, most of them, but they look lovely. And good luck with the camper trailer - had one for ten years - I could put it up on my own, but needed two people to put it down properly. Just make sure you put some shadecloth under the floor, if it is a soft floor, never failed to do this with ours, not a single hole in that floor ten years later. It was very, very "experienced" looking, with red dust ingrained - though the body of the trailer and the A frame etc were in great condition - anyway we sold it for only $800 less than we paid for it originally - not bad after ten years.

I'm sure you'll enjoy Western Flora CP, Tony. We've stayed there 3 or 4 times now - a magic place, and Alan Tinker knows everything there is to know about the wildflowers in that part of the country, and just where to find which ones at any given time. It's worth going on his tag-along drive, too, as well as his regular afternoon walks.
Hope all goes well with the camper trailer, too; there's bound to be someone around who'll be willing to help out if you need it.
