Welcome to the forum but I really think you are having us on a bit.
We are not living in the wildwest wildbill.
Regarding the fuel. If you drive you will use fuel. You don't so how far you went but $50 of fuel doesn't go far.

Hi wildbill - welcome to the forum - lots of variables in your questions - re fuel - depends on what motorhome it is - what size? How far have you travelled on the 1/2 tank? of course will use more fuel if you are driving faster and also towing - stands to reason. Most of us find the "just right" speed for comfort and economy.

As for protection - what you feel comfortable with is usually what you need.

That's why we don't need stun guns etc..........

I was thinking of a cross bow to shoot the fish as they won't get on the line.

seriously Bill there is very little problem out here.

If you stay in c/v parks then you may need yr stun gun afterall.

Welcome wildbill.   If you travel at 90 instead of 100, you'll use 1/4 tank less of either Petrol or Diesel, to cover the same distance.

Cheers,

Sheba.

Wildbill, don't you know what sort of motorhome you have? Toyota Hi Ace type, Jayco or Winnebago type? Converted Bus?
