I am enjoying this site and the friendly people that goes with it.
The meet ups are a very good thing and i am looking forward to somehow one day soon catching up with as many members as i can. Meanwhile baking A Pavlova later this afternoon and with luck will share it with my first Grey Nomad catch up.
Well, I think it is, but I may have been a bit optimistic. Either way, someone, anyone making pavlova is impressive. I love eating them but I've never cooked one. Wish me luck.

Fruit salad pav, I liked it. Peter makes a mean pav, so if ever you're in his neighbourhood, hit him up for one. He's a very fussy pav baker. Oh he's gonna fit right into the lifestyle of the GN.
