I was up the river a month or so ago near Mannumn and all they were catching was carp. not even allowed to throw them back have to dump them on the bank or in a bin. IF you do catch a Murray Cod at least in SA you have to put it back, definatly not allowed to take them. Pretty sad hey. One guy there caught one the day b4 I was there and had to let it go after taking pics.
