Wooooooooooohooooooooo I took the first step

Well, I did it............put the deposit on a van today.........woooooooohooooooooooo.

She's not new (1988) but she's got everything I could possibly want........13` Windsor Windcheater.

She's all set up for free camping and has 170w solar panel with deep cell battery, lcd tv & dvd, cd stereo system, waeco fridge/freezer, roll out awning, a tv arieal booster, a mobile reception booster.

The gentlemen that was selling it used to free camp a lot so he set it up with all the technical stuff so at least I don't have to worry about buying and having that technical stuff installed.

I won't get her for a couple of weeks because I need to make room for her under the carport.

I was sooo nervous putting a deposit on her, but I have a good feeling & a took a friend along with me to get a second opinion just to make sure I didn't get carried away.

The inside needs a bit of a woman's touch but I'm happy to add new curtains and upholstery covers etc.

When I work out how I'll put a photo of my baby up.

Now I'll be nervous until it's actually delivered and put to bed in the carport, hoping nothing goes wrong.

Next step comes the car!!!!!!!

Keep Smiling smile

How wonderful..all the 'bells'n whistles'.  Even though it has a few years under the chassis (as we all do), seems to have had all the wrinkles ironed out and waiting for your vehicle choice.
Good luck & enjoy it Cee....

Well done Cee .. !

.. and that's what it is all about. That first 'positive' step just leads on to the next .. making that van just the way you want it .. making it 'yours'!!
As time goes bye, you'll just be able to do so much ..  and you see, there's so much support available here if you strike any obstacles .. yep .. they're only obstacles, 'cause we just gotta work through them .. that's what makes it 'special' to each of us !

enjoy !!
