Hi Jimmy and welcome.
Your question sounds easy, but is harder than it looks.
We need a bit more info to give useful advse.

1. What is the power consumption of the gear you want to run?
2. What is the power source? Is the stuff 12V or is it 240V running through an inverter?
3. How many hours do you want to run it each night?
4. How big and what sort is the battery that you will be using?
5. How many nights will you be camped before you drive off home or to another spot?

A good book for this stuff is "Solar that Really Works" by Collyn Rivers.

Cheers,
Peter.

Thank you peter and Margarete...I have it running through a 300 w converter. Its a 17 inch Tv  I get 3 good hours as is...My battery pack is made up of 6= 12amp 12 volts dry cel Batteries that are hooked up together and I uselly charge the them up a little by turning on the ignition and running a little power through...In case of emergencies. Like half way through a cartoon...I several batteries like that....Plus a couple of 12 volt car batteries

I was hopeing to have a Solar panel charging throughout  the day so's I could watch something if needed..and were'nt sure what wattage would do it...Will that help you....Or else I'' ll check that book out
