We don't have a washing machine in our van but lots of people do. Friends were telling us recently that on their recent trip, they found that in some parks people were NOT allowed to use their own washing machine. I wonder why?

Has anyone been told they have to have their electrical cord checked and 'tagged' before they can book in to a caravan park? I heard today of someone who was charged $32 to have their cord 'tagged' before they could book in. Is this becoming common OH&S practice around the parks? It hasn't happened...

Planning a jaunt to warmer climes, and wondering if anyone has stayed at this small park on the Mclean River. I like the look of it on Badgers, and would be interested in other opinions if you have any. I like to park near the water, and if I can thrown in a line and catch tea, all the better.
