Fiamma Turbo Vent 28 broken dial

Hi - Wondering if someone can help. We have a Fiamma Turbo Vent in our Horizon Banksia. The dial to raise and lower the vent does not work. Does anyone know if it can be fixed or if the whole thing needs to be replaced?

Morning all, I have an electric awning and want to attach a side shade to both ends, how do you attach the side awning? I don't really want to fit anti flapping kit. I've seen the anti flap attachments but you need a ridge pole to attach it to. Any thoughts or photos. Thanks
