On a recent trip out west our Ibis Air Conditioner wouldn't heat up in the morning, the fan was blowing cold air. The outside temp was about 3 - 5 deg. Had to resort to the diesel heater. Is this normal in cold conditions ? Thanks Mick

my Offroad van came with 3 water tanks. The front tank has plastic hose fittings and the back two have brass fittings.
