Has anyone been required to be weighed by Road Authorities on their travels? If so, is the van connected to the tug when weighed (either weighbridge or portable scales)? What weight(s) are the Authority determining?

Whilst on 240 volt heating hot water the pump started running and hot water spewed out of an overflow. I switched the 240 off water continued to run out with the pump running emptying my main storage tank. Any ideas. Thanks
