After running the hose in the bottom of the tank to flush all the gunk out. I decided to leave the water heater dry with the new anode installed ready to fill and go on the next trip....

Priming diesel heater

My rear bar on our van broke on way back from up north , the diesel heater tank was mounted behind the spare wheel . I drained the tank and took it off to remove the bar , I taped over the end of the diesel hose so nothing would get in it. I have had the bar rewelded and am fitting it back on today .
