Registration cost
(Preview)
Hi all, I'm thinking of upgrading my motorhome to 5.2 tonne. I've checked with the dealer to confirm that it can be done and tried to work out the cost on the RMS website, but found it very confusing. Can with a NSW registered motorhome of that GVM tell me how much they are paying, please?

Hi all has anyone with a bt50 changed the multimedia for the Polaris system with the 8" screen and if so are you happy with it. I'm thinking of doing it as it has the reversing screen in one and the 4x4 mapping so I haven't got screens all over the windscreen. geoff

One week, no power, no water (a little bit maybe), overcast, raining, blowing and stormy. Grey water system worked well and as expected. The 40 litre trundle tank is a little heavy to lift on the ute though and needs a handle at the wheels end. We went through too much water, and will need to conserve mo...

The TV set when traveling.
(Preview)
What do you do with the TV set when traveling. Do any of you leave it secured to the wall bracket, adequately cushioned and secured against movement. While so far we have taken it off and stowed it on the bed, it pays to remember it came all the way from China, then trucked to its destination, chucked aroun...

It seems that it's a matter of political correctness.

Back in 1960, at the tender age of 17, I got myself up to Alice Springs. There I saw, and fell in love with my first roadtrain. Within days, I got myself round to see the transport mob, filled out some paperwork, did a "test drive" around the block, in a 1957 FC Holden 'ute, and was handed my "C" class license...
