We're looking for a van to do the big lap in a few years, and after extensive research online and a trip to the Melbourne caravan show, we're most enthused about this layout. It's the Bailey Rangefinder Nebula. Unfortunately as a brand new model it is quite expensive so we're looking to see if any other manufacturers make a van with this layout.
our 2009 Roma Elegance has this layout - love it - the loo and shower separate the bedroom from the living room - makes it easy if one of you likes to go to bed early and is not disturbed by the TV. Its 23' but have seen a 21' version

If i am looking at this correctly, the fridge on that side might not allow you to have an annex. I think the rules have recently changed so you might want to check before buying. Good luck with your search.
Why would this setup and fridge position stop an annex being used?
When we were doing our research we much prefered the Bailey arrangement with the lounge or living area where the door is and the bedroom being away from it - much like your house, I s'pose.
Then Bailey Australia decided to make them here and 'Australianised' them with the bedroom at the front so you walked into it from outside.
The model Bailey that we liked the best was the one with the ensuite at the back of the van with its door centred between two single beds. More privacy, yet again.
In the end because of a limited budget we opted for a Royal Flair Family. It has the bedroom at the front, but it has a wall between it and the kitchen with drapes to close it off.
I'd go for the Euro Bailey. Much lighter, better built, it seems. And a better design in my opinion.
