Your headline should have said only stupid people start smoking to quit vaping. No study cited. No facts to back up your statement. Lift your game Dorian. I quit smoking using vapes 8 years ago. I mix my own juice with nicotine sales to the strength I want. I started at 10mg for a month then 7.5, 5, 2.5 and now 1.5 You can buy vapes with a script at pharmacies here. You can even buy cannabis buds at high level THC. Heres a link from The NHS regarding vapes being less harmful than smoking. Obviously, you missed the joke. Your interpretation was implied. It's all explained in that news item, if you had bothered to look beyond the headline.

Let me put it another way. The joke is that people are indulging in a more toxic substance to deal with an addiction to a less toxic substance. Do you get it now?

Dorian, I and probably many others saw the humour in it, even if some didn't. laughing.giflaughing.giflaughing.gif

I actually laughed at myself, as an ex-smoker, having taken up vaping and then returning to durries because they were very, very cheap from illegal sources.

Finally quit!
