Don't have to Craig. Pretty common occurrence in most council areas from what I have seen. Noticed a couple of weeks ago the day after a good downfall the council boys were out and about cleaning out where the rubbish had backed up and put water in places it possibly shouldn't have been

A Ute was sent out to a remote town by the Council to do some road works. When they got to te site, they realised that they had forgotten their shovels, so they radioed back to base.
"Hey Boss - we're at the job site, bit we forgot our shovels"
The Boss replies 'OK - I'll send another ute out with the shovels for you'
"What do we do in the meantime" they asked.
The Boss replied 'I guess you'll just have to lean on each other'
