Dune 20lt fridge freezer seals

Hi, I purchased a dune fridge with the intention of running it as a freezer. However the seal does not work very well and it freezes up then I can'nt open it. Anyone had a similar problem or suggestion about how to fix it. It was out of warranty before I had a chance to use it.

Firstly how long was the warranty and how long now since you purchased it.  We also have the Australian Consumer Guarantee which some companies will honour without putting up a fight so I would suggest contacting Anaconda.

I think it is 2 years since i bought it. I will have to look up paperwork.

I think you be wasting your time. My own experience with anaconda is in line with those about the company on productreview.com.au
