I'd respectfully suggest giving Albo a call. He seems to know all about tyre pressure.

I run my 14" LT tyres at 36psi so about 40psi when warm. ATM 2600kg.

To answer your question, you need to specify the complete tyre data, the suspension type and the actual weight of the van.
Without that information, any answer will be just a guess.
