DMaxer, it is plainly obvious you are glued on to the side of the offender,
Come rain, hail or sunshine.
Whatever facts, opinions or personal experiences one may have, you are simply going to cut them to ribbons anyway.
The constant argument in favour of criminals becomes somewhat boring and predictable after a while.
Several years ago I met Christine Simpson, she said the first thing she thought of every morning was of her lost daughter Ebony Simpson.
There is a lot more to that, but I will refrain out of respect for someone who suffered an unforgivable loss.
I am actually perplexed that you take the side of some of these monsters that commit these heinous crimes?????
I too met her, I also met the perp. Remember, innocent until proven guilty. I used to shoot at a pistol range with Ivans brother, one of them, he had/has several, I have my suspicions, but, smarter people than me investigated. He remains free and innocent. As someone posted previously, the people in a profession do know more than an armchair/keyboard expert.

And why would you say that? Ive been on this forum for quite a while. Edit: A lot longer than you.Another edit: Ebonys mum had a cafe/restaurant in Bowral, lovely lady and happy to havachat, I never discussed with her how I met the perp. He was a volunteer searching for her, as were a lot of locals,I did live in the area and had a 4x4 which was used to access difficult areas. And another useless piece of information, it was a Toyota Hilux twin cab with the 2.2 litre diesel engine, what a piece of wet spaghetti that was. When I was shooting on the range Id upgraded to a Holden statesman.
So, am I still a troll?

Yes, she also had a lovely restaurant at Captain's Flat.
My just recently retired detective sergeant cousin was in the search party for Ebony Simpson at the time.
Lovely lady, a lot more to it, but as I said, out of respect.........
My late dad was a mate of Basil Thorne, another parent lost a child in an awful tragedy.
Dad had him visit me one day at work when I was away working as a teenager.
Nice fella, they suffered a lot with a son lost at the same age as Ebony Simpson.
Graham Thorne would have been a few years older than me if he wasn't abducted.
I recall my dad telling me they won the first ever draw of the Sydney Opera House Lottery.
Ebony Simpson's killer was a re-located child M*lesting perpetrator.
He was a spider waiting to strike.
Interesting that the Morcambe family in Queensland finally got that govt to change strategy only this week on the identification of child predators.
Its not about being on anyones side rmoor.
It is just about not being part of mob rule and lynch mob mentality.
I also was enlisted as a prosecutor on many occasions.
The justice system relies upon people performing their specific role. There is no place for hysterical barracking from the sideline by people with no idea.
You seemed obsessed by this subject with your whistle stop tour of every crime you can remember. One minute you do not know the difference between appeal and parole and the next you are regaling us with a cut and paste on how a judge gives a charge to a jury.
Perhaps you should have a little lie down for a while and rest your overworked imagination.
"It is just about not being part of mob rule and lynch mob mentality."
Emotive rubbish. Nobody on here has suggested that, they just want the punishment to fit the crime. Our legal system has become a joke. Those who are convicted of a killing another with intent to kill, should face the ultimate penalty imho. Yes DMaxer, my opinion of which I am entitled to express.
How many times have we seen felons, machete carrying home invaders and the like, out on bail within hours, only to go out and repeat offend? What sort of law enforcement is this?. Here in Vic we have an under manned Police force to the tune of a 1000 doing their best to bring these turds to justice only to have that justice fail them, and us,in court.
Our political leaders have now enacted a law banning machetes in Vic. You have to ask what Mensa brain thought this one up? Do they really think that these turds are going to give them up voluntarily?. When they get taken away they will just replace them from interstate.Laws like this need to be Australia wide otherwise they are useless.
Regarding the the recent horrific event in Porepunkah, I hope that, when they catch him, they will know what to do.
Your second last post covered it well.
I have taken to completely ignore DMaxer posts now.
They are ultra predictable and depressing.
I had a rush trip to Canberra yesterday which delayed my days work out in the bush until today.
So I didn't read any posts yesterday and have chosen to bypass the DMaxer posts for obvious reasons.
Look at the hand buddy........
I delivered a heap of matured horse p** to a friend in Dubbo for her garden earlier in the week.
She told me the amount of knives being carried in the schools there is frightening.
Gangs of over a dozen kids stalking other kids, usually over some rubbish posted on social media.
How did this happen???
Scary.
Hey ineedabiggerboat - what was the troll comment????
I think you had us all confused.
Anyhow* - lovely sunny day today so I am off to the bush to play.
Avoided to not drop into a fit of depression reading DMaxer posts
